KRC research associate, Cailah Jackson, is delighted to announce that her book, Islamic Manuscripts of Late Medieval Rum, 1270s-1370s: Production, Patronage and the Arts of the Book (Edinburgh University Press, 2020), has just been awarded the 2021 Dionisius A. Agius Prize, awarded by the Society for the Medieval Mediterranean. Cailah's book is based on her DPhil thesis, which was completed in 2017 under the supervision of Zeynep Yürekli.
